About Jason P. Jordan
Jason P. Jordan is Ambassador for Germany, representing the Global Data Exchange (GDX) and the International MLS Forum (IMLSF).
Jason is an American real estate leader based in the Kaiserslautern region of Germany. His work sits where the German, European and US markets meet. He is CEO, President and Co-Founder of the Legends International Team (LiT), a group of 150+ agents across 17 countries at eXp Realty, which recently grew with the launch of eXp Switzerland. As eXp Military Network Country Leader for Germany, he also connects agents on both ends of US military moves to and from the country.
Jason is a 3x #1 international bestselling author and a Certified Global Marketing Agent (GMA). He has been a speaker at five eXpCon events (eXp’s signature events) across Europe and the US, and has served on the IMLSF organizing board and was a speaker in 2024.
His experience is particularly relevant as the international real estate industry works toward more transparent, connected and efficient property marketplaces.
In his role as Ambassador, Jason will help strengthen relationships between Germany’s real estate community and international industry leaders, in both English and German, supporting conversations around MLS development, data standards and opportunities for cross-border collaboration.
